Terms of Service

These Terms are between you ("Client" or "you") and AdBurstMedia LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company doing business as Graphiclip ("Graphiclip", "we", "us", or "our").

Graphiclip provides UX/UI design services including, but not limited to:

• UX audits and analysis
• UI design for web and SaaS products
• Landing page design and optimization
• Design systems and component libraries
• Strategy consultations

Specific deliverables, timelines, and scope are defined at the time of purchase or in a separate project agreement.

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Payment is processed securely via Stripe.

• Subscription plans are billed monthly or annually in advance.
• One-time projects require a deposit prior to work commencing, with the remainder due upon delivery.
• Strategy call fees ($25) are charged at the time of booking.
• All payments are non-refundable unless covered by our Refund Policy.

Upon receipt of full payment, you receive full ownership of the final delivered design files, including Figma source files.

Graphiclip retains the right to:

• Display completed work in our portfolio and case studies (with your permission)
• Retain copies of source files for our records

We do not claim any ownership of your brand, product, or business as a result of providing design services.

The number of revision rounds is defined in each plan:

• Starter: 2 revision rounds
• Growth: Unlimited revisions (within scope)
• Pro: As defined in the project agreement

Revisions are limited to the agreed scope. Changes that materially alter the brief or expand scope may require a separate quote.

We aim to deliver first drafts within 48 hours of receiving a completed project brief. Final delivery timelines depend on project complexity, revision rounds, and responsiveness to feedback.

We are not liable for delays caused by the client's failure to provide timely feedback, assets, or approvals.

Both parties agree to keep any confidential information — including business strategies, product details, and proprietary content — strictly confidential and not to disclose it to any third party without prior written consent.

Graphiclip's total liability for any claims arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits, lost revenue, or business disruption.

Our services are provided "as is." While we strive for high quality, we make no warranties — express or implied — regarding the results or outcomes of our design work, including but not limited to improvements in conversion rates, user engagement, or revenue.

Either party may terminate a subscription plan with 7 days' written notice. Project agreements may be terminated by either party; fees for work completed up to the point of termination are due and non-refundable.

We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if you violate these Terms or engage in abusive, fraudulent, or harmful behavior.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming.

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify active clients of material changes via email.
