Refund Policy

At Graphiclip (AdBurstMedia LLC), we stand behind the quality of our work. This Refund Policy explains when refunds apply and how to request one.
We revise until you're happy. If you're genuinely unsatisfied after revision rounds are exhausted and we cannot meet your goals, we will work with you on a fair resolution.
1. Strategy Call Fee ($25)
The $25 strategy call booking fee is non-refundable if you attend the scheduled call.
- Cancellation 24+ hours before the scheduled call: Full refund issued.
- Cancellation within 24 hours: No refund, but you may reschedule once.
- No-show: No refund.
- Credit toward a plan: The $25 fee is credited in full toward any paid plan purchased within 30 days of the call.
2. Monthly Subscription Plans (Starter & Growth)
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and are non-refundable for the current billing period once work has commenced.
- If you cancel within 24 hours of subscribing and no work has started, you are eligible for a full refund.
- If you cancel after work has started, you retain access until the end of the billing period. No pro-rated refunds are issued.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
3. One-Time Project Payments
For custom/Pro projects with a deposit structure:
- Deposit (50%): Non-refundable once work commences. Refundable if Graphiclip cancels the project before work begins.
- Final payment (50%): Due upon delivery of final files. Non-refundable once files are delivered and accepted.
- If a project is cancelled by the client mid-way, fees for completed work (proportional to deliverables) are retained.
4. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds may be considered in the following situations:
- Graphiclip fails to deliver within the agreed timeline through no fault of the client
- Delivered work materially differs from the agreed scope
- Duplicate charges or billing errors
- Work never commenced due to Graphiclip's inability to deliver
Refunds are not issued for:
- Change of mind after work has commenced
- Subjective dissatisfaction after revision rounds have been used
- Delays caused by the client (late feedback, missing assets, unresponsiveness)
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at contact@graphiclip.com within 7 days of the issue with:
- Your full name and email used at checkout
- The date of purchase and plan/service purchased
- A clear explanation of the issue
We will review and respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
